BUYK — a convenient and fast grocery delivery service. We have a wide variety of products and our couriers will deliver in the shortest time possible. It takes about 15 minutes for the delivery. Prices are set to be competitive with local stores and delivery is free.

2. Delivery

  • Is delivery free?

    Yes, all orders are free of delivery charge.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    We will do everything in our power to deliver your order within 15 minutes. However, as you may have experienced, cities are very unpredictable, and the unexpected can happen which may postpone your delivery.

  • The courier did not arrive within 15 minutes, what should I do?

    We will try our best to deliver your order within 15 minutes, but there can be unplanned setbacks. If it has been more than 15 minutes, the courier is most likely on their way. We kindly ask for your patience. However, if you don’t feel comfortable waiting any longer, please contact our customer support via «Contact Us».

  • What are your working hours?

    You can place your order from 8 am till 11 pm.

  • When and how can I cancel my order?

    If you’ve already placed your order, but have decided to cancel it, you can do so before your order has left for delivery — the option «Cancel Order» will still be available. On the other hand, if you must cancel your order while it’s already in transit, please contact customer support via «Contact Us» for further assistance.

  • Is there a minimum amount for orders?

    No, you may order as little or as much as you want.

  • What do I do if something is missing from my order?

    Please contact our customer support via «Contact Us». There, you can choose a convenient form of communication (email, phone, etc.). Feel free to notify us about missing item(s) to receive compensation.

  • Why was my order canceled?

  • Can I add special delivery instructions?

    Yes, it is possible. While entering a delivery address, fill in the «Delivery Instructions» field. We will do our very best to accommodate your wishes.

  • What can I do if I was charged the wrong amount?

  • What is the time frame for the compensation process?

    In general, it takes about 5-10 business days. However, in some cases, it might take longer. Primarily, it depends on your bank.
